✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear or dog hair.
💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
❗Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it out quickly and cover any return postage costs.
